Organisers of minisymposia are encouraged to ask the participants to write the full length papers for publication in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (www.iop.org/EJ/journal/mse). The papers will be peer reviewed.

IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering is an open access service, making proceedings available to scientists and engineers worldwide, reaching the widest possible readership in academia and industry. All the papers will be widely indexed by databases and Google Scholar making them easy to find through various web searches. All the papers will be fully citable and have linked references. A CD of the published papers will be provided to the authors of full length papers who register for the congress.

The deadline for draft papers for review is March 14, 2010. The deadline for final papers is March 31, 2010. Papers may be submitted for review through the site http://wccm2010.edmgr.com. The guidelines for authors including formatting templates are available through the site http://www.iop.org/EJ/journal/mse. The total number of pages is limited to a maximum of 10 but there is no restriction on the use of different colours.

An extra fee of $150 will apply to each paper as set by the congress organising committee, which includes the online publication fee, CD production and local taxes. The deadline for payment will be March 31, 2010.
