To view or edit your abstract please use your personal Access Key to access the Speaker Zone. You will have received a copy of your access key in your email confirmation. If you do not have your access key or have misplaced it please email the Congress Secretariat for a copy.

In the Speaker Zone, you will be able to:

1. View your abstract
2. Make changes to your abstract
3. Register for the Congress.

Please note that the deadline for abstract submissions has been extended until further notice.

Abstract Notification
Authors of the accepted abstracts will be notified by January 30, 2010.

Registration/Confirmation of Participation
All presenters of accepted abstracts and minisymposia will be expected to pay the congress registration fee. Abstracts will not be accepted for inclusion into the program or abstract book until the registration fee is paid.

The early bird registration deadline is March 31, 2010.

Please note that each delegate is permitted to present only ONE abstract (in addition to keynote and plenary presentations). There is a strict policy of one paper per presenter. Each abstract must be presented by a registered delegate for it to be included in WCCM/APCOM 2010.

Abstract Review Instructions for Minisymposium Proposers
You will be able to track the submission progress, and review the submissions once all abstracts to your session are submitted.

To enter the online review system, please use the following link:

Enter your personalised Access Key and a list of all of the abstracts will appear.

To review each abstract, click on the paper title to view. If you would like to make any changes, they can be made in the Comments field. To score please select:
10 = Acceptable
6 = Reviewed
2 = Relocate to a different session
0 = Reject

When you have completed your review, click “Save Review”.
